How
do I get started?
Browse thru our catalog of products to be printed.. After you choose
a product, determine what you want to have printed on the product
and what colors you want to have printed. You will also need to
know the number of items and the sizes. Some of the information
you will need to determine is the type of garments you would like,the
sizes and quantity of each garment and where you would like to have
the printing done on the garment. Artwork can be faxed or emailed
or created from your ideas. All artwork will be approved by the
customer before printing is started.

How
long will it take?
Screen printed jobs are completed in approximately 7-10 working
days from start to finish. If you need a rush, please ask. We will
let you know when your job can be completed. What is the minimum
order? There is no minimum requirement. Please refer to prices for
further information about printing cost.

How
much will it cost per shirt?
The more shirts you order, the less you pay per piece. For screen
printing the cost depends on the number of ink colors used on the
garment, the number of imprint locations (front & back), the type
of garment and the product you choose. For your initial order, you
may have art charges and will pay an initial screen setup per ink
color to be printed. Check prices listed.

When
do I pay?
Payment is due when order is placed, we accept Visa, Mastercard,
Discover and American Express. You will be notified before job is
started if any additional charges apply to your specific requests.

What is a screen setup
cost?
$30.00/Screen. This is the initial fee for setting up the screen.
We use one color per screen. For complex artwork there may be additional
charges.

What
kind of artwork do I need?
We can create the artwork from your ideas or a simple sketch. If
you don't have a logo no problem! We will listen to your ideas to
create a graphic for your print job. Art time charges will be billed.
Artwork can be brought or sent to us on paper or clear acetate film,
but must be a clean black line if considered "ready to go" on a
T-shirt. Artwork does not have to be to size, but the larger the
image the better it transfers to film/screen. In addition, artwork
must be color separated (every color on a separate piece of film
or paper) to avoid any art charges. Art will be estimated at the
time of arrival, but additional time may be needed to achieve the
best possible image. Our artist will try to do everything they can
to make your image shirt ready, but not all art forms will reproduce
well on a shirt. Charges for artwork include the time spent in consolation
with our artist. We can give you an estimate on art time required
to make your design ready to go on a shirt. Can I see a completed
shirt before Four Seasons Screenprinting prints them? NO. We will
do a printout on the computer and that will look exactly like the
shirt will be. All artwork is approved by the customer before printing

What
are my choices for ink color?
We have a selection of stock colors or you can reference to thousands
of Pantone™ colors which are commonly used in the graphics industry.
Four Seasons Screenprinting can use a previously mixed Pantone color
for a close match at no additional charge. If you require an exact
match, we do charge $10.00 per color.

do I reorder?
Just give us a call. We keep your films on file and have all your
information regarding ink colors, type of garment, and quantity
on file for an exact repeat. For reorders there is a $10.00 per
color charge.
